These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Serene AI Solutions website (sereneaisolutions.com) and any classes, digital products, or one-on-one training you purchase from us ("Services"). By visiting our site or registering for a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.
Serene AI Solutions is owned and operated by Ottie Lawery, DBA Serene AI Solutions, based in New York.
2. What We Offer
Serene AI Solutions provides AI education and training for adults, including live masterclasses, one-on-one training sessions, and digital guides or ebooks. Descriptions of current offerings and pricing are posted on our website and may change from time to time.
3. Who Can Use Our Services
Our Services are intended for adults 18 and older. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing for future registrations at any time.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we aim to keep our refund policy simple and fair.
**Refunds are available up to 7 days before the class start date.** If you cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund.
**No refunds within 7 days of the class start date.** Due to limited class size, cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date are non-refundable.
**Rescheduling and transfers.** If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a future class, if one is available, or to another person. All rescheduling or transfer requests must be sent in writing to [hello@sereneaisolutions.com].
**Once a course begins, all sales are final.** No refunds are issued after a live class or session has started.
**Class cancellations by us.** In the rare event we need to reschedule a class, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled session or receive a full refund.
Digital guides and ebooks are non-refundable once purchased and delivered, since they can't be "returned" the way a physical product can.
6. Your Materials Are for You Only
Any materials you receive through our Services, including guidebooks, recordings, worksheets, and the B.E.A.R. Prompting Method framework, are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or teach these materials to others without our written permission.
7. What This Training Is, and Isn't
Serene AI Solutions teaches general AI literacy and prompting skills. We are not a financial, legal, medical, or career advisor, and nothing in our Services should be treated as professional advice in those areas.
Our training involves third-party AI tools, such as ChatGPT and Claude, that we do not own, operate, or control. Those tools may change, produce errors, or behave differently than expected. We are not responsible for the output, availability, or policies of any third-party AI tool or platform.
We don't guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes from using what you learn. Your results depend on your own effort, business, and circumstances.
8. How We Expect You to Behave
When using our Services, including live classes and any group or community spaces, please don't harass or abuse other participants or staff, share our materials without permission, or use the Services for anything illegal. We may remove anyone who violates these Terms without a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Serene AI Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for that Service.
10. No Guarantee Website Will Be Error-Free
We work to keep our website and Services running smoothly but don't guarantee they'll always be available, accurate, or error-free.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
